We love hanging out with our clients. It's fun. We like fun. When someone doesn't show up for their appointment, it's not fun. It's a problem. Our policy is that clients who do not show up can't make another appointment until they cover the full cost of the one they missed. If you know you will miss an appointment, please call and let us know.
